List you experince in vanilla/tbc/wotlk/cata raids. If you have pre-cata experience, keep it to the character- and gear level it was designed for!
Can't remember all ... but uhm, most in Vanilla(didn't down Kel though).
Tbc also a bit
Wotlk downed LK 10 man on my paladin
Cata, all the raiding i've done is with ya'll.
So up to rag on both 10 and 25 man. (so pretty much every raid in Cata has been with ya'll)

But I learn fast which hopefully some of you have seen

Incase you have an offspec - Do you have experience/gear for raiding with it?
So and so, my lock i've raided pretty much every specc with.
My warrior only fury (arms in pve is like scraping your balls on gravel)
Paladin mostly Prot


Describe you key bindings, rotations/priority and macros for your mainspec and offspec respectively:
Keybindings close to WASD for fast and swift actions.
Currently re-doing them all for my characters and also doing new macros. And willing to adept to any set standard in the guild.

For DPS classes/specs - What is your average DPS in a typical 10/25-man raid boss fight. Linking a screenshot showing 5 minutes on the raider's target dummy (or until you run out of mana) is a big plus!

Earlier guild(s). Why did you leave or get kicked?:
Harlequins - Vanilla guild (Played on my shaman there) Left due to being bored with the guild.
Stallet - Vanilla Alliance (Played on my warlock) Left due to school and such, this was were I did most of my raiding.
Can't remember which guild I was in, in TBC .. sorry ^^
Amenti - Left to play on the alliance side with a mate of mine
Non Phixion - The guild I left for, we downed LK on 10 man, after that evetrytyhing kinda fell apart (I was an officer)

Can you manage to attend raids on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 19:00-23:00 on a regular basis?
Yepp.. just got kicked from my job due to they going down the shitter

Sure I can. And I do follow good, explain something once and I get it
And I can handle criticism if it's nescassery, not just for the sake of it!

Do you have the habit of reading up on all new encounters? Do you stay up to date with class changes?
Yepp, I do.
I tend to surf youtube and watch encounters to learn the most effiecent way to do it with my class


Are you able to supply yourself with sufficient amounts for flasks, potions and power food for each raid?
Mhm, sure can.

Have you got ventrilo and a working microphone? Do you have an easy time communicating during raids?
haha, most should have heard me by now!

Is there anything that can force you to go AFK during raids?

Yea, A LOT!

I learn fast, I keep my mouth shut when i'm suppose to.
Also lightens the mood with some good-hearted humor and jokes.
I attend raids and stay in them, do my part.
